With all of Mr Kings wealth and money made out of cup runs, Canvey are set to fleece thier own supporters (and away ones) by increasing the admission to £9!
I think I read that Mr King was quite appreciative of the support that Canvey fans had given. Well there's gratitude for you. Whack the admission price up. Whatever next? A toll-booth on Canvey Way!

I wish there was a toll booth for Canvey Island. £100 a throw. Keep those buggers where they are.

I seem to remember the price of a pint at Porky Lane being a tadge pricey too! £2.30 I think.

Have to confess it's one of the few grounds I've not yet been to (but it's ok, just phoned the bank and they'll give me a 2nd mortgage so I can afford to go this year!)
