Congratulation to Aldershot Town youth on reaching thr first round proper of the FA youth cup.
They will be mixing with the sort of teams that can afford expensive academies and shows that even at youth level the gap is realistically achievable.
Well done to Simon Pullen I think? images/icons/smile.gif" border="0

Not forgetting Sutton United as well. They are away to Plymouth Argyle. A good set of youngsters at The Lane. Watch out, we'll be taking the league by storm in 5 years (unless they've all been poached by league clubs!)

Thanks for the message Mr Irony. Fittingly, our first round tie is away at Cardiff which is where the old Shots played their last ever league game.
I think there might be quite a contingent of fans making the trip.

Looks like the Ryman boys are doing the business. Let's hope the first teams can replicate this.
