AGM

 

The league A.G.M. took place on 12 June 2008 at Old Chelmsfordians. Eight new teams were elected into the league and Takeley Reserves were promoted to the Senior Section as their first team have moved on to the Essex Senior League.

 

After 32 seasons in the league Great Baddow resigned to play their football in the Mid-Essex League.

 

Gordon Evans, who has been a league officer since 1967, was unanimously elected President of the League.

 

At a Special General Meeting held after the A.G.M. it was agreed that, if a sufficient number of new suitable applicants wish to join us, from the start of season 2009-2010 the league would split into four Senior Divisions
