Liam still doesn't like the fixture congestion

Looks like we were aiming to play our Altrincham match on a Friday night, but weren't allowed to. Why would this be? Is the Conference biased towards us? Those teams who play on Thursday nights for Setanta coverage are allowed to play their matches on the Sunday after, thus allowing 2 days in between. We only get one day in between matches.

So you're saying the Blue Square Premier doesn't allow this because Altrincham disagreed. Gotcha. Surely it can be down to the Blue Square Premier and not the clubs.

That's rather hypocritical of the League's officials then, Liam (so EUFC) obviously doesn't agree to switching the Monday night game, and yet, because it's on TV we are forced to!

Torquay refused to switch last season too, no conspiracy just clubs looking after their own best interests. No doubt we would do exactly the same where the positions reversed.
