The Club has handed former Birmingham, Watford, Peterborough and Barnet striker Ken Charlery the hot-seat following the recent departure of Kem Kemal. The 50-year-old, who won four international caps for St Lucia, will officially take charge of Ware's match at home to Barton Rovers next Tuesday. He is best remembered for scoring the 89th-minute winner for Peterborough United in the 1992 Third Division play-off final and skippered the side under John Still in the 1994/95 campaign. Charlery made 177 appearances for Posh and is affectionately known as 'King Kenny' at London Road. His time at Barnet saw him make 124 League appearances.
