FF News
The festive period sees Tamworth face a double-header with Alfreton Town and well as an away trip to Nuneaton Town. They start with a home game against Alfreton on Boxing Day (kick-off 3.00pm) before making the short trip to Nuneaton on Monday, December 28th (kick-off 1.00pm) and then getting 2016 underway with a game at Alfreton on January 2nd. “We’re looking forward to the festive fixtures,” admitted player-manager, Andy Morrell. “The games come thick and fast and there are plenty of points up for grabs. “The lads can’t wait to get back out there and bounce back from our last couple of results. There is a real determination about them, which is pleasing to see. “They have proved in the first half of the campaign what kind of character they have and there are some good tests coming up, which we will face with real relish. “Hopefully there will be a good turn-out on Boxing Day to help create a special atmosphere inside The Lamb, which in turn will inspire us onto the result that we all crave. “Come and show your support.” Source: www.thelambs.co.uk Source
