3 Morrocans and 2 Indians. I didn't know the ETA Basque's employed foreigners !

 

Out of interest, I was talking yesterday to a local resident who is Spanish and has been living in England for 15 years because of his ETA sympathies. - He is quite adament ETA are NOT behind this one !

What a disgrace, The Spanish Government have used the death of 200 for political gain by blaming ETA straight away. After the election they will agree it was Al Qaida, they don't want the fact that they were pro War to effect the election result !!!

Yes it is. For instance, a resident of Spain would be a non-local resident, because he would not be living nearby.
