One of the better games I've seen this season, very high tempo and good football by both sides. On the balance (first half to us, 2nd to them) a draw would have been a fair result, but we've had so many late equalisers against us this season I can't bring myself to feel much sympathy!

From my view, top of the terrace, behind the dug-outs, the only shout Ricay had that might have been a pen was from the freekick late on, when it did hit an arm in the wall (50-50 decision really). The "foul" that produced the free kick was one of the best bits of diving I've ever seen, so prodigious was his flight that he went from just outside the area to a good 6 yards in when he finally hit the deck. I think the ref only gave the kick because he'd just turned down Ricay's other shout.

I was well impressed with Ricay, missed the Staines game but they're definitely the best team I've seen in the league this season, should sneak a play-off place I think.

On another note, isn't it a joke when a manager gets sent from the dug-out only for him to stand right next to it, the other side of the barrier, I think he should either be escorted to the other side of the pitch or avoid the theatrics and just report him to the FA.

Dear me, what a short memory you have IW. George's verbal assults is nothing to Justin getting frustrated by a inept (and I am being polite here) ref.

George has, does and still will face down a ref and verbally assult the officials as part of his game to intimidate them, whereas Justin voices his frustration. The two are different.

One should not compare the two as you well know but then again, in your, slightly (and I'm being very polite here) warped world, you would.
