F A Carlsberg Trophy 2nd Qual Round Saturday 4th November

 

Somehow, Hampton who had some 80% of possession and pummelled the Windsor goal for the whole game long (their keeper thrice punching the ball away and making least ten `saves` from shots on target, not including the penalty, but more of that later) and had two goals disallowed, contrived to get knocked out of the F A Trophy by a 2-0 scoreline.

Just goes to show we were not alone on Saturday in our disbelief.

Two teams going into the next match with similar disappointment & similar desire to put things right.Should be interesting this Saturday.

I think there are only about 4/5 Ryman premier teams through to next round-amazing.

Plus only Bromley from the Kent teams .

 

Another missed opportunity then !!
