The Brits is absolute crap. If I was nominated alongside the likes of Gareth Gates and Blue, I would tell them where to shove their award.

gareth gates could pull a shooter from the back of his jeans and blow away a couple of record company execs for 'dissin his beany' or something, and every would still think he was a mummys boy stroker with a lisp... i assume thornsy will be at the event?

Apparently they aren't serving alcohol at this years awards so it'll be even more dull than usual. Remember Brits 96? That was a classic, Oasis and Jarvis Cocker livened it up no end!

I can't believe they've devalued it by giving nominations to the likes of Blue and the Pop Idol muppets.

I got that info off the NME site and originally Blue was down as Blur, I presumed it was a typo and changed it to Blue when posting it on here.

 

Best Brits moment was Danbert Nobacon v John Prescott, Jarvis was quality as well. Liam was just annoying anyone can pretend to stick a award up their [****!!****].

 

I must admit the best single is tragic, well over half are covers!
