I reckon 3-0 as we should win, with should being the operative word, as we SHOULD have beaten Enfield, Hampton, Ford and Braintree but we didn't.

Just been reading the Chelmsford City forum, and IF we did win tonight, they have been talking about the possibility of switching the final from Roots Hall to the home of football, New Lodge..

What do you reckon the chances of that are ?

Think you'll find that the Essex FA have booked Roots Hall in advance, lets hope so. A day on the grog in Saarfend is much more appealing! That is of course IF we win tonight!!

What an absolutely appalling result. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> The Essex Senior Cup was are one chance of silverware and to be honest we should have won the cup easily with Chelmsford beating Southend.

 

There is no excuse for losing against a mid table division one side when there was a cup final at stake. Even though we were away and did lose on penalties the result is not good enough.

 

With nothing left to play for this season, we will probably end up finishing a disappointing mid table in the league.
