I think my Mrs may have a recipe for it somewhere, though I was rushed into hospital after sampling it, mind you she is a black belt in cooking, one chop and your dead!

Colin Zeal, why don't you take her to Verdis, then you don't have to wash up, but instead you can go to the Crown and have a drink with your mates.

I don't think anyone will be going down the Crown for a couple of months.

Was this after the Argentina game?

I've seen the pictures in the paper. Who was that idiot up a traffic light?

No, this was Saturday night. Several pictures and mirrors were ripped off the walls, bar stools went missing, and a certain ex-TV presenter walked down the road with the bog door.

The fish went missing too.

What a top man that TV presenter is. I'm sure the toilet door will come in very useful.
Does anyone know if he went for trials with AFC Wimbeldon ?

Was this the same ex-TV presenter shown in the foreground of a photo in last week's Observer? Seen leaving the same pub wearing a garish shirt (even in black an white) and with a shaven head.

I didn't know they had fish in the Crown. I assume they are nothing like the giant fish seen in a seaside pub during the preseason a few years back.
