FF News
Stephen McNulty says that Tranmere Rovers are still placed nicely in the National League table ahead of Saturday's big game against Dagenham & Redbridge. The defender says that the mood in the camp was lifted by last week's 3-1 home win over Woking and they'll be looking to take that positive mindframe into Saturday's game. He told Tranmere Player HD: "I think we're still in a good position at this stage of the season. We're only four points off the top but we have had a bit of an indifferent spell. "If you win on a Saturday, then everyone is a bit more bubbly on the Monday afterwards and you can enjoy a good week of training. "You don't take any enjoyment out of losing matches. There's a lot more games to come, but it's a lot more enjoyable when you're winning matches, definitely." Rovers go up against the team who currently occupy the top spot in the National League standings, but McNulty says the team's preparations are the same no matter who they face. He added: "Whether we face a team who are top or bottom of the table, we still go through the same preparation. We will watch videos and analyse the shape and the set pieces of all the teams we come up against."
