Kingstonian announce board restructure

Kingstonian has undertaken a restructure of its Board and is pleased to announce the appointment of a new director, Yioryos Vasilaras.

Yioryos ("George") has been the Club's Marketing Executive for the past two years and a member of the Supporters Club Committee for the past year. He will also become a shareholder.

Co-Chairman John Fenwick commented: "We are pleased to appoint Yioryos, who has provided much-needed assistance in both marketing and sponsorship for the last two seasons. He will help to share the day-to-day responsibilities with Malcolm, Mark and myself in the running of the Club and will be fully involved in our future plans."

Mark Anderson has decided to stand down as Co-Chairman at this time, but will remain as an executive director and will continue to be fully committed, both as a shareholder and director, to the long-term future of the Club, whilst continuing to provide financial assistance.

Malcolm Winwright and John Fenwick will continue as Co-Chairmen, and discussions are ongoing with another potential shareholder.
