Trouble is there is so much secrecy surrounding this........alegedly......some of the evidence could compromise State Secrets Acts.....could the ordinary Man/Woman on a jury be able to decide on that sought of thing....these people should be given a Trial......but probably a Military one!

After the weapons of Mass Destruction debacle, i seriously wonder about so called "Inteligence Gathering".

It was revealed here last week that millions of phone calls, including cell phones, have been monitored since 911(september 11th). Any mention of Bin Laden, Saddam Hussien or any terrorist organisation is treated as hostile, and may lead to those people making the calls liable to immediate arrest and prosecution..... What the hell do they think people would talk about?????

What happened to the Privacy Laws the Americans so proudly spout on about they (think they) have???

In times of war, people who arouse suspicion are treated as Guilty until proven Innocent.
