This looks a bit strange.The council have announced a meeting entitled. 'What's the future of the QEII stadium'.Even stranger,they are holding it in the bar of one of those parties vying for the site.Enfield Ignatians Rugby club.

 

Sounds like a typical Enfield council shambles to me.The council have been talking to many parties interested in the site over several years.God help them if they still havn't got a clue what to do with the site.My instinct tells me they have already got a strong favourite preference for the site,and are doing this consultation process as a bit of a smokescreen.Lets pray that we are the favoured choice.

 

Saying that,you can be sure the Rugby club will no doubt pack out the event with their own members(that as well as having serveral members who are high up in Enfield council),so i would urge all Town fans who can make it, to go along and fight our corner.
