It would be nice to start a speech with the expression "Unaccustomed as I am..." but that's not possible in this case as, if my memory serves, I finished one spot higher than second in the inaugural season of the Prediction League. And without ever predicting a loss as I recall.

Anyway. That's history.

Well done Boot Cleaner for doing the scoring thing, and every Saintsfan who took part and not forgetting Duke of York.

Rubbish. I won fair and square. Maybe you've hit me with a penalty deduction for not being a Saints fan. Very unsporting - I was top of the table throughout the season and my run in predictions week on week were closer to the actual outcome than the predictions made by AFF.

 

This is the second year running that my true position in the prediction table has been manipulated!
