How come Kingsbury LT are not in the draw ?

They've either not paid their affiliation fee in time, or have decided not to affiliate to the Middlesex FA this season. London Tigers from memory are traditionally a London FA club and indeed Kingsbury LT are away to Croydon in the first round of the London Senior Cup.
