Manor boss stands down

Eton manor manager Kevin Durrant as resigned today after 4 seasons at the club in which as seen good times there.

He will stay on till the end of the season in which is only 2 games including today

He would like to express his thanks to reg and Alex for a great working relationship and wishes the club all the best.

hmmm I would think with the shannigans over playing non registered players its time for Kevin to move on, brief stints at Clapton, Waltham Forest and Ilford before the embarrassment of the Redbridge non appointment means he's either ready for pipe and slippers or has applied for the Clapton job again. Incidentally the Clapton job has over 10 applicants as they are looking for a new manager as it may not be well known that Wilfred Thomas is stepping down, maybe under a new manager they can now get to games on time . Was always tough for Kevin at the Manor this season as getting to Waltham Abbey is not an advantage in attracting players.

Agree with manontheinsde spoke to Kevin and he said he was finding it diffulcult attract players to travel to Home games at Waltham Abbey and Manor are back there again next season.
