Or it could just be typical FA Cup shocks.

Excellent win in the cup for Oxford City at Weymouth.

I'm not sure how much of a shock the Oxford result was  Weymouth have only scored in one of their last five games  Oxford have scored 10 in their last two  Matter of opinion I suppose

David Pratt rejoins Supermarine from Chippenham who he left to join in 2006. He has had a long career and a number of clubs will add real experience for a promotion push.

Unlucky  for Pratt today v Truro. Marine went  1 up early then had defender sent off 20 to 25 minutes into the game then spent rest of game in there own half Truro scored 2 goals in quick succession in 2nd half marine attacked late on scored in 87 minute for Truro to score winner in injury time. Injustice really but marine will be up in the play off spots end of season.

RR yes was  behind the goal under covering as it was chucking it down and got talking to Pratts dad who  was standing next to me smashing guy. The defender got two yellow cards although 2nd tackle would of been a straight red card.i know slough supporters behind the goal like to have a banter with opposition keepers this Truro goalie was having non of it even though the only action he had was to pick the ball of net twice.

Hampton have signed ex Macclesfield and Accrington forward Wilson Carvalho.

We've bumped into Carvalho a few times in the past when playing for Corby and Kettering.

Certainly won't come cheap.

As I said down to ten he spent an hour in his own half defending it looked like at 1-2 marine just went for it late on with two attacks scoring from one of them only for Truro to get winner in injury time. Just like Tiverton did in 1st game of the season. Remember that season we played Truro Tiverton Paulton W/S/M and Frome what annoying teams they were to play against.

It's a good club growing for him now to return to and only lives ten minutes away from ground just spoke about his partnership with Sandell and the points they took from us at Chippenham. I was wearing the Slough shirt and hat. Chesham supporters at the match to.

So good to see a game have a chat laugh and shout encouragement.

2 interesting signings for Beaconsfield this afternoon -

Mark Nisbet on dual reg with us, presuming for him to get some game time for fitness

Dylan Kearny on a months loan from H+Y. Thoughts on that move 3spirit??

Expand

Mark Nisbet has received a 3 match suspension starting from tomorrow.

Presumably that means all Slough first team matches.
