FF News Posted January 1, 2015 Share Posted January 1, 2015 Conference North club Harrogate Town have signed former Everton, Blackpool and Macclesfield Town midfielder Jamie Milligan. The 34-year-old has extensive league and non-league experience and will be looking to bring all this experience to help Town climb the league during the final stages of the season. Starting off at Everton in 1997, he went on to make four appearances for The Toffees, before moving to Blackpool in 2001. Spending two seasons at Bloomfield Road, Milligan then travelled to Macclesfield Town and Leigh RMI, before settling at Hyde United. A move to Fleetwood Town in 2005 saw the elegant midfielder establish himself in the engine room and helped propel The Cod Army from a non-league team to an established Football League side. A short spell back at Hyde in 2013 was ended when he moved to Conference side Southport before joining Stockport County at the beginning of this season.
