Woods Become Latest Stop For Journeyman Striker

Evo-Stik League Southern Division One South & West club Shortwood United have signed striker Josh Klein-Davies.

 

Klein-Davies signs from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division side Frome Town.

The 25-year-old began his career with Bristol Rovers in 2007, where he made ten appearances scoring once. During his time at Rovers, he had loan spells out at Yate Town, Luton Town, Newport County, Lewes and Bath City.

Upon his release, he signed for Weston-super-Mare in 2009. After only one apperance, he joined Weymouth where he featured five times, scoring once.

A move back to The Seagulls saw him make nine appearances and score two goals. He then moved to Brislington, before yet again returning to the Woodspring Stadium.

Since 2010, he has also played for Almondsbury Town, Hanham Sunday, Hastings United, Shepton Mallet, Mangotsfield United and Paulton Rovers.

Since signing for Frome Town in October 2014, the forward has had a loan spell with Western League Premier Division outfit Bishop Sutton.
