Presuming it does, but rules are a bit unclear in handbook. Looking up that got me thinking, if you play in a divisional cup but then join a club in a different division can you play in that division's cup? As to your second point my understanding would be that should you join another club in a higher/lower division then you should be free to play unless in the case of a semi-final or final your transfer/registration is less than seven days before the game.
