The new division will kick off at the start of the 2015/16 season and the league are now looking for application from New and Established teams to join the newly created league. The League have confirmed that they see the new division as "an ideal move for youth clubs moving up to senior football". A league spokesman said "The ground standard have been set to allow teams to develop at the own pace before entering the national League system in the future.
