FF News Posted November 20, 2015 Share Posted November 20, 2015 Toolstation NCEL Premier Division clubs wishing to be considered for promotion to Step 4 of the FA's National League System for the 2015/16 season are being reminded they must do so by the end of this month. Three forms must be completed and sent back to the FA no later than Monday 30th November, 2015. Any applications received after that date will not be considered. The FA say that they encourage applications only from those clubs that have serious ambitions to progress and either currently have an E Grade or can realistically achieve this by March 31st, 2016.
