FF News Posted December 15, 2015 Share Posted December 15, 2015 Margate FC have announced Nikki Bull as their new Manager until the end of 2015/16 season. Bull will combine both roles, player and manager, and will be assisted by Jamie Stuart. The board considered a number of options after what CEO Chris Pope described as a very interesting week. "Nikki's enthusiasm for the role and his positive impact on team morale over the last week was a major influence on our decision." "The requisite skills of our Manager are to galvanise and motivate the squad, something Nikki has made great strides in addressing this past week. The pressure is now on to turn his infectious enthusiasm into positive results on the pitch" Pope held a meeting with the squad over the weekend who all expressed their support and desire to see Bull in the number 1 position, a view ultimately shared by the board. "Everyone believes in Nikki & Jamie, they have been part of the club for the past three seasons and have full support of the board, fans, and our sponsors.
