FF News
Grimsby Town keeper Callum Bastock is set to be sidelined for up to a year after suffering a second cruciate knee ligament injury. The young keeper, who recently signed a new deal with the Mariners until the end of the season, suffered the same injury on his other knee last season and was forced to miss the start of the 2015/16 campaign. "Cannot believe it, devastated isn't the word," he said. "Just after recovering from my cruciate reconstruction and being out for 12 months and pushing on I have ruptured my cruciate in my other knee, surgery next month and looking at another 12 months out doing rehab, done it before so I'll do it again. "I'll be back better than ever." Source: www.grimsby-townfc.co.uk Source
