Free football auction site

Hi there,

 

I'm posting to let you know about a new, free to list football auction site www.bidfootball.com

 

I've been selling football shirts for quite a while now, but ebays high fees are making it impossible for it to be profitable. So I decided to go and setup my own auction site, dedicated to football. Naturally, it's got free listings so that's a major plus.

 

Despite only being open a week, we have over 120 members and 300 auctions on show. But obviously I'm looking to build it as much as possible.

 

One idea I thought of was to sell my football jerseys at incredibly cheap prices. They cost me £20 but I'm selling at £15 on the site. Yes, I lose money but hopefully this helps drive customers to the site.

 

I'm working really hard on it, but obviously it's a massive project. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can make it work?
