FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round

Bury Town 3 Biggleswade United 1

A groundhopper from another Forum was at this one, Guillem Balagué will have been disappointed to exit the FA Cup at the first hurdle:

FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round
Bury Town 3 Biggleswade United 1
Crowd 424, Admission £10 Adults/£6 Concessions (one of the few things about reaching 60 I like
), Programme £2 - 28 pages, always an excellent issue
Decent game in horrendous conditions, apart from a slight easing at half time, it lashed it down all game. Credit to the groundsman for the excellent surface at Bury Town that allowed the game to finish! Thankfully there is cover all round the ground as well so at least the support stayed relatively dry.
New look Bury Town still settling into the way new manager Cole Skuse wants them to play, but the 10 new signings all look decent, and there is much more energy and direction in the side. Hopefully a promising season ahead.
Goals from Maughn and Ramadan (2) saw off a spirited Biggleswade side, and now Bury Town await Wroxham in the next round.
