Confirmation that the The 61 FC (Luton) v Riseley Sports tie will now take place at Gold Street, kick off 2.00pm, see the match programme:

At Gold Street tomorrow, Sports face The 61 FC in the The Bedfordshire F.A Senior Trophy Second Round for the third time of trying after two prior postponements at The 61 FCs Kingsway Recreation Ground due to a frozen and waterlogged pitch, kick off is set for 14:00 with Stiofan Appleby Officiating as the Referee and Michael King and Thomas Westal as Assistants. The 61 FC, currently in 16th place in Spartan South Midlands Football League Division Two, face the challenge after a recent 5-3 defeat to Stony Stratford Town but displayed resilience with a County Cup First Round triumph over Sharnbrook. In case the match remains level after 90 minutes there will be no extra time and the winner will be decided by a penalty shootout. This will be a very interesting tie, high flying Bedfordshire County League Premier Division Caldecote will give Ampthill Town a run for their money having dropped only three points all season in twelve League games and conceded just nine goals:

It was a bridge too far then for The 61 FC (Luton) against Crawley Green Reserves who no doubt played some senior players with their First team 'redundant' on Saturday afternoon, see highlights of the action from the Kingsway Recreation Ground, courtesy of groundhopper and blogger Oliver Sims. At least Totternhoe keep the SSML flag flying in the competition with their heroics so far and a good attendance is expected at Dunstable Road on Saturday 24 February against Caldecote:

What a nail biting win for Totternhoe at Dunstable Road on Saturday against Caldecote, 3-2 on penalties following a 0-0 stalemate and they reach the Final of the Bedfordshire FA Senior Trophy, see the drama unfold below:
