what are the benefits of being part time at this level when at least half the conf is now full time and some of the remaining part time clubs are looking to move that way.. its does seem mad to justify a full time squad at this level unless you are a club the size of carlisle.. hopefully we can go on picking up the cream of conf players who cant/dont want to go full time like sterling

If you look at the top half of the table last season you will see the benefits of going Full Time. Aldershot were the only part time club to come near the top and they have gone full time this season.
