It was in Waltham Abbey but those that received them were not happy! In fact Happy was not there as Little miss Happy is not well and we wish her a speedy recovery!

all the same to me. Insignificant little overspill village housed under one of the M25 flyovers. When we play there in January, I will just ask for Waltham and I am sure somebody will direct me from there!!!!!!!

Nope.

Burnham had L. Cable sent off with 20 or so mins to go.

The Abbotts had Sam Underhill sent off in the 90+ minute when there was an incident in the far corner.

A further Abbey player, Jordan Bostock, took no further part after the same incident but that was due to an injury NOT a red card. (This was confirmed by ref after game)

Despite what some of the wags on these forums would have you believe, The Abbotts have actually got a very good disciplinery record - well they did have up to a couple of weeks ago anyway.

Why didn't Abbey put a sub on then?

 

Jordan Bostock from where I was standing was the offender and his injury a justice he deserved for his wreckless beahviour! You never know with Abbey if it is a real injury or Mr Wolf! So you fooled your own bench? What a Pantomime!

Abbeyman-of course your side has a good disciplinery record, you are not a 'dirty' side. 'Cheats' and 'fakes' might be a different kettle of fish, though!

 

I don't think many cards are given for diving in the ESL. Shame, really.
