The forms are still available and if you have time on Monday you can fill the form on , provided it is into the shop by the end of the match. Nothing stopping you decided on your team before that.

 

We also gave the forms out at the Halifax game, went amongst the crowd, walking up and down the tea bar queue etc etc. We even went over to the stand side.

 

The reason they were not with the programme the week we intended them to be was simply, Where I live we were snowed in for most of that week so I could not get and photo-copy the forms.

 

I was as has been pointed out at the entrance from around 1.30 on Saturday until about 2.50.

 

If you are really keen just write you team down on a sheet of paper as long as you name and DOB is on it it will be entered.
