I am a Margate fan and have been browsing these forums to find out information about our rivals this season. It seems as though Fisher and AFC Wimbledon are going to be battling it out for first. So i wondered: what are your aspirations for the coming season? Survival? Mid-table mediocrity? Or perhaps promotion? Any feedback would be appreciated. Many thanks, Mike

Well that goes for the 2 of us! I hope that, at the end of the season, the playoff final will be Margate Vs. Windsor. By the way, out of interest, what is your home and away support like?

So Michael with the ground being built and all did Margate still have a budget to put a decent team together? If so that must be pretty cool for your club.

Sorry for the late reply - it seems as though we have put quite a good team together - we won 1-0 today against Maldon Town (at home). Scoreline did not reflect the performance though as we could have had a lot more - 3-0 would probably have been fairer in my opinion. How did Windsor play? I understand it was 0-0?
