Fella I am aching so bad today, I have not played on pitch properly since I used to work out in America - 4 years ago!!!!

My grandads company mate, Soccer Acadamey. Based in Virginia. Used to do one out there every summer for a couple of months until I had to work!!!!!!

If selected mate I will play anywhere, I loved it.

louis, dont you feel like a right prat on pitch. i have done it a couple of times on a sunday and felt like a mug. love it. its not as easy as it looks when you stand in goal!!

Yeah best to rest that mate, concussion is not a good thing to play on.

Connor did one out there for about 9 months a couple of years ago, he was naughty so mum shipped him to his grandparents to sort him out and ended up going school there!!!

I used to love it mate, facilities were quality and the birds were pure. Best experience of my life, hoping to move out there in 10 years time to take over company!!

but back to the captaincy, Heathy was tremendous yesterday not only with his instructions but also lifting his players and giving them confidence - love that.

louis, im loving the scissor kick attempt. not enjoying a keeper at right wing back, i would be in the managers office after the game.
