Referring back to the fat spinner remark, don't get my wrong. Shane Warne would rank high up there as one of my idol type people. He's a sportsman, getting paid to play a sport he loves. Any sportsman's running things quite well in my book. But Warne's the best in the world at what he does. More bonus points. But the clincher is, he stands at first slip for ages, chatting and sledging, then goes and does what he does best, with a short walk for a run up. He doesn't even need to be physically fit, hence the fags and booze etc. If only he wasn't Australian.
