Are there meetings between the club and supporters club?
If so, perhaps things like this could be discussed as the club may not want anyone to do anything for whatever reason. Would really need to be agreed by the club if anyone was going to do this sort of thing.

Just shows how much all this does cost, and at part time rates as well!
