Capital Side

Bionic II

Recommended Posts

The Capital side drew 2 2 with Galleywood on a hard but good pitch tonight at Eastwoodbury Lane, Southend, home of White Ensign.

Two defensive lapses were to blame for their goals but our lads showed character to come back twice after the second half substitutions.

The team, under the Manager, Aidan Boxall, showed their best football after the break when the changes were made, but there were some good performances before with a mainly younger side.

Man of the Moment, Terry Fisher, was superb in his role as chief ball getter, and could be compared to the Trap 2 blue jacket, well done mate!

The next friendly is at Mountnessing, next Wednesday and after which the League starts in earnest.
