Warm down = coach i.e Ewers/Wells should be there at the end of game to do it.

 

Ewers/Wells = over paid and not doing there job.

 

by the end 90 mins i`am fcked and normally had a go at a couple so last thing they want id me telling them to strecth.

 

Coaches job.

 

Also while ranting on all Subs that get on for 20 or so mins and non playing subs should do box to box at the end the game as to keep sharp.
