Cloudy Cider

Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of some decent Cloudy Cider. Best I've managed to find is the Weston's in Safeway, and I've tasted much better than that before.

 

A mate here suggested Cripplecock cider, but I looked for their website and they don't appear to have one.

 

I need a decent Cloudy Cider supplier!!

Try Merrydown. It's not cloudy but has the same effect. You should be able to find it in Safeway.

Is it with the Strongbow and all that other crap, or somewhere else??

I'm pretty sure it's with the Strongbow, etc.

 

Dunkertons is good west country Cider, but I've only ever seen it in the organic offie in Berkhamstead.

Yes, as it happens, he told me he has a customer in

St Albans that he delivers to. Maybe, we'll take a trip over there sometime and get Cidered up. The Berko Waitrose has an excellent range of Ciders and Beers too.

Have you tried this...

 

Take a pint glass, half fill it with lager, half with cider, then add a double purple and black. It's called a Purple Nasty and my mate who invented it once consumed three "down in one", having already done a dozen bottles of Lõwenbrau, to impress some yank in the Horn. Needless to say there was a nasty purple mess outside the on the pavement after he was ejected for chundering on the carpet.

what?? why do all that to impress a septic!! just drink more than 3 pints of stella in 2 hours (that will normally render a seppo comatose) or employ a modicum of wit/sarcasm to totally throw them with your zany british humour

Ended up going for the Weston's in the end again last night. You really can't argue with 2 litres, 7.5% for £2.89. Mmmm....

late for this but the black lion in shenley has a cloudy cider on draught, well they have a pump dont know if it connected to anything tho.
