The team propping up the foot of the SSML Prem did well tonight for 30 minutes, then collapsed in a heap with 3 conceded goals before half time (all of good quality). Conf South high flyers Bishop's Stortford did their best work in that 15 minute spell to ensure round 2 of the Herts Senior Cup. Lon Colney kept the work rate up but conceded again in the second period to finally go out 4-0 in the bitter wind and cold. Reasonable crowd plus a horn and a drum!
