I would like to think that any director of a football club would at least be able to spell basic English.

I seem to remember someone going on the Daggers forum a while back and posting rubbish about Peterborough.

Yeah, they're trying to use some time, they've just lost their "huge" final for the second time, even after being pretty muich convinced they'd win, so they're feeling a bit upset still.. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

Also, don't forget; It's the school holidays..

end of season rumours already - a bit early isn't it ? Oh hang on, Peterborough's season is over, they are going down. As we have our own relegation scrap to contend with, perhaps you should swap rumours with supporters of other already relegated clubs - you may find Jeff King's name cropping up there too.

how disappointed in your team if a director couldn't spell the teams name properly

ok this is where the kids get the story from,

Peterborough in New Hampshire has hired Jeff King of Salem, as the town’s new Recreation Director.

King (32) was hired from nearly 80 candidates and attended the University of New Hampshire.

oh yes and this was in 2003

full story can be found at http://www.mledger.c...ws_021303.shtml

now can the so called 'director' of peterbough f*ck off and play with his Barbie's or something

Peterboro would not open the books to M Woodward (grays DOF) so he said no to them.

Silly mistake really as I know now they are interested in his money.

i remember Fry's celebration when peterborough scored against newcastle in the FA Cup and he went mental running down the touchline to join in the celebrations with his players.
one of the funniset moments ive seen in football.

How funny that would be down at park lane
