paul is one of the best in NL footie...both as a player and as a person and always welcome back to the bridge where in his short (too short) time with us he made many friends...

 

he is a born winner and a wembley trophy final was just made for him and his talents in the autumn of his career....

 

he will collect that trophy for you all.....trust me... yay

Christ, if I keep agreeing with Unc at this rate I'll be found wandering around in a Hornchurch shirt!

Macca is a Fleet legend, up there with many of the finest defenders of this club down the years. I bet he thought his chance of Wembley went when Liverpool beat Wycombe though. Fantastic a player like him gets another chance.

To win would just be incredible! I haven't really thought about it yet, the fact we are going to Wembley hasn't yet sunk in!
