I have been banned from posting in the Shoutbox

I now need permission to post in the shoutbox but before I did not. Why is that? Have I broken some rules of the shoutbox?

New members now need 10 posts to be able to use the shoutbox, all existing members will auto-join the 'regular users' group, which gives this permission once they have made a single post (assuming this single post takes them above the 10 post minimum)

As you have made one post (since the change) & your post count is over 10, you have been moved to the 'Regular Users' group, so you now have permission to use the shoutbox.

 

New users with less than 10 posts do not.
