Horace - I think the London Club's make the SSML what it is, I'm sure that the Club's out in the sticks such as your Stony Stratford's, Cranfield's and Winslow's enjoy getting away from their 'village environments' every so often and seeing how the other half live. I think that's why there sadly isn't a great deal of interest in our Division 2 as I don't believe there are any teams south of Luton.

hope its not you they use as a comparison!
living in squalid accomodation and waiting to be evicted....kids running amok and no parental control...wearing suits that were thrown out by oxfam....bet they cant wait to get out of their 'village environment' when they see what they are missing!

Why would anyone choose to fight the traffic to get to a game in London when they could get twice as far in half the time in Bed, Herts or Bucks?
