Always difficult to be sure but they are making all the right noises to become a force in circa 3-5 years from now

When stating " a force " I would assume that to be successful for them it is as a threat for league status

full time can be more of a hindreance then a help at this level.. a lot of the best ryman players would or could not give up thier jobd for a potential 2 years of full time football... in a national league i can see the need but the daggers are hardly struggling in the conf..

plus you will lose some squad flexibility as most players would want a 2 yr deal if they are giving up their 'other' jobs
