No.

Claudius's (someone better than me will know exactly where the apostrophe should go there) post was a direct slur at Liam Daish.
The playing budget was set my MyFC members...

You are right, the playing budget was voted on by MyFC Members without actual accounts being available to them but based on the say so of Brooks Web Team and supported by the Society Board led by that wally Arithon. Look at the mess it got EUFC in.

I don't think Claudius made any slurs, just an insensitive comment, but Daish spends the money, its all his budget, transfers in and out and playing and training costs. Whats it bought us this season so far?

Am sure the FA have a web-site.

So you don't know then? Quicker to write "I don't know" in future eh?

You asked a question - I answered.

Be thankful, otherwise would be just you here!

In Liam's defence - losing 3 players of the quality of Akinde, MacPhee and Bostwick was always going to make this a much harder season.
So, no - still dont argee that Liam has to go, especially considering that Claudius's post was all about money and not glory, league position etc...

Would have thought that all managers have to cope with players wanting to go to other clubs Pat. Didn't notice the wage bill coming down after they left but then we don't get to see that on a week by week basis, just the deficits.

Losing Barrett for the rest of the season isn't going to help either but Liams the Manager, the buck usually stops there on playing matters.

Cant see many rushing out the door at ManUre, 'Pool, Chelsea...

But the lower down the league system, with a player who has ambition and talent - always going to happen.

True, it happens at all Clubs incl ManU, Liverpool and Chelsea. Those managers have to get results too. If Liam had had his run of results at Chelsea he'd have been out the door and off to Italy before you can say "Special One".

Should he be off?

Agger at Liverpool?

Chelsea rumours -
John Terry Manchester City?
Didier Drogba Inter Milan?
Didier Drogba Marseille?
Deco Juventus?
Florent Malouda Juventus?

Leave a bit of a hole wouldn't they.

Anyway, we're hardly talking Premiership with the Fleet are we?

Blue Square Premiership?

And yes - IF those players left, there would be big holes left in the side - and you wouldn't expect the clubs to do as well wothout them, without re-investing the money in new players. Something that Liam was unable to do with MacPhee/Bostwick. Even the Akinde money was soaked up elsewhere.
