The e-mail I recieved from Alan Constable today states that the fixtures will officially be released on the weekend of July 25th-26th but may be released earlier if they are completed before that date.

 

The F.A. will be releasing the early round draws for the F.A. Cup, Vase, Trophy and Youth Cup tomorrow (July 1st)
