Into the last 8 of the bi-annual (or is it biennial?) National League System Cup afte rtheir 3-2 win away to The Reading & District League, The Herts Senior County League have been drawn away to Guernsey in the Quarter Finals.

The tie has to be played by Sat 20 February 2010. The winners of the competition go on to represent England in a European tournament. What an incetive for Step 7 lads who mostly pay subs to play!

Saturday's side was predominantly from Met Police Bushey (the Rep side manager being from there), but also included players from London Lions, Cuffley and Chipperfield Corinthians.

Bet there's plenty looking to play and get a free weekend in Guernsey!

Yes, Guernsey are in it as well. So were the Isle of Man until they got knocked out in the 2nd Round.
