Floccinaucinihilipification means 'the art of estimating as worthless' in case you wondered. I used to love that word at school because I always claimed it was the longest word, and everyone else used to think it was antidisestablimentarianism

This is one of the many failings (or positives, depending on your perspective) of Google. It doesn't search most messageboards, databases, and all sorts of other things. There are lots of people employed as 'information professionals' who spend all their time searching the internet, there's a lot more to it than you might think.

 

Hmmm. I've just been reading the 'rules' on googlewhack.com Turns out that none of ours would actually be included in official lists. The words have to be official words in the dictionary (i.e. Google will underline them at the top of the page when you've done the search) This rules out Chubbhead, Hornchurch, and ridiculously, floccinaucinihilipification. Apparently the words can't just be in random lists of words either. <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> All of this makes it a lot harder than we previously thought
